134 Dana St, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702

This massive Wilkes Barre property offers incredible space and flexibility with a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit and a second 5 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Previously set up with two electric meters, the property was converted to one meter when occupied by a single family, but it can be converted back to a true two unit setup. Major updates include a new roof and furnace in 2025, a full electrical rewire in 2016, and two water heaters installed in 2023. The partially finished basement offers additional potential living or recreational space, and the former one car attached garage could be restored by reinstalling a garage door. The home does need cosmetic updates, but the big ticket items have already been addressed. The property will be vacant shortly, and the owner is actively removing personal belongings, so buyers are encouraged to look past the contents and see the incredible size, flexibility, and potential this property has to offer.
