247-249 N Pennsylvania Ave, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702

This duplex is a solid option for an investor looking for a property that's close to being rent ready. Both sides offer plenty of living space with separate utilities and off-street parking in the rear. One side needs some additional work in the kitchen, but overall the property is in good shape with mostly cosmetic items left to address. Convenient location near downtown Wilkes-Barre with a basketball court and recreation area next door. A good opportunity to finish up the remaining work, get tenants in place and add a two-unit property to your portfolio.
