1880 South Roosevelt Road 3, Portales, NM 88130

We have 233 acres of grassland on the north side of Portales overlooking the valley. Great place to set up a subdivision of large lots or take the north part of this for cattle pasture. I have seen deer on this property many times in the past. Should be able to find water for a domestic or livestock well on this property. Give your Realtor a call and take a look at this property and see if it is what you have been looking for.
