618 Forest St, Wausau, WI 54403

An absolute doll of a home, needing some love. This home, originally built by a Civil War Soldier according to the Abstract, is cute as a button providing a glimpse into yesteryear in the most perfect way. This home will not qualify for government-backed financing as it will need a roof, is in need of some repairs on the West portion of the foundation and has an original kitchen and bathroom needing some updates. For the right investor, this home could easily be brought back to life. The location is very walk-able to downtown Wausau's entertainment, shopping, and dining with easy access to the bus line as well. This property is being sold as you see it with all personal belongings included except the dining room table and chairs and bicycles in the garage.
