18 Reef Parkway/walaka Dr, Ocean View, HI 96704

Amazing ocean views on 1.9 acres in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates. The property has a starter building/shed/garage which is already in place to finish out as you build a more permanent residence. There has been extensive of grading work on this nice large triangle shape lot on the corner of Reef Parkway and Walaka Dr. The property (which backs up to a large undeveloped parcel) is approx. 1.90 acres. There is a catchment tank on the property as well. The lot size and dimensions give this property a lot of potential for someone who wants to make this cool property their very own.
