What an awesome hunting, cattle, and recreational ranch! Almost a mile of spring-fed creek bisects the land with a couple of limestone overhang crossings. These spots are ideal for wading and taking pictures at when we've had decent rain amounts. Dense Liveoak tree cover offers deer and turkey hide out spots. Pecan trees along the creeks are frequented by turkey, hogs, and squirrels for game. Bobwhite quail seem to be having a good year as several coveys were spotted during picture taking. A spring-fed pond holds tons of ducks during the season! The views from the hilltops are distant and panoramic! There is a set of pipe corrals and a water well present. No old buildings to pay for and tear down. Start from scratch and make this your Central Texas Ranch! The north tract of approximately 88 acres with home is also available across the road and offered at $795,000. Contact for additional information on main homesite.
