2926 C Avenue Northeast, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402

Cute as a button! This adorable home has the best location! A quiet street with mature trees and minutes to 1st ave and the interstate. Walk on up on the new concrete and patio just poured. Enter through a new front door onto newly finished original hardwood floors. The bathroom has been remodeled and is HUGE for an older home. Spacious bedroom on the main floor and great natural light! New paint throughout and some of the windows have been replaced. The large kitchen could definitely have an island added to it or more cabinetry. Head upstairs and find a large bedroom that would be a great hangout. Clean and dry basement with plenty of storage. Great updates have been done to this home and it is ready for you to move right in! Did I mention how cute the curb appeal is?
