1657 Weiser River Rd, Weiser, ID 83672

The property is being sold by the Personal Representative of an Estate and everything is sold "as is." The PR is only able to offer an exempt property disclosure; however, the Estate is prepared to have the water tested for potability and the septic tank pumped prior to closing. This would be a great opportunity for a 1st time home buyer to purchase a Country Property which is close to town, has a solid foundation/crawl space with great siding and roofing but needs a new interior with a renovation loan. The 16x12 workshop with electricity and the 4 carports give you a great starting point if you like to putter. The seller is also going to share in the cost of a survey with the neighbor on the north side to ensure that the property line is recorded. Bring all offers but allow time for the Attorney and Health and Welfare to confirm that your offer is acceptable to all concerned.
