5494 Drunkards Pike, Gosport, IN 47433

This rural relaxer, fixer-upper, is on 1.34 acres and being sold AS IS. Seller unable to make any repairs if needed. Home has not been updated but could be a cute place to enjoy country living! HVAC is only 10 years old . The flue in master bedroom as been capped and not been used for several years. Some repairs were done in crawl several years ago, but there are a couple of soft spots in flooring, so seller is unsure about crawl. Really pretty lot with a 27x50 Pole Barn. Would be a great place to build a new home!
