Absolutely gorgeous, build-ready property located in an area of beautiful, well-kept homes! Bring your plans, obtain your permits, and start building your dream home. Much of the groundwork is already in place, with a well, septic system, and power ready to go. The property is also set up for a generator in the event of a power outage, giving you added peace of mind. There may even be potential to stay on-site during the building process. Now, their change of direction could be your opportunity! Please,no drive-bys. The property is located on an unmaintained gravel Public Road with limited turnaround space.
