Experience the summer lifestyle on 35 captivating acres in Santa Maria Ranch, where wide-open South Park skies, distant snowcapped peak views, and true box canyon privacy create the perfect mountain escape. The gently rolling hillside leads up toward a quiet grove of pine trees and overlooks the open meadows below, offering a beautiful mix of usable ground, seclusion, and classic Colorado scenery. The property is already started for easy off-grid enjoyment, with a roughed-in driveway and partial fencing in place. It is ready for your vision — whether that means a private camping retreat, future cabin site, horse setup, or simple mountain basecamp. Outdoor access is a major highlight. BLM land is at the end of the cul-de-sac, just one lot away, and Santa Maria Ranch offers direct access to the 17,429-acre James Mark Jones State Wildlife Area, giving you room to explore, hike, hunt, watch wildlife, and enjoy the wide-open high-country landscape. Fishing is only about 20 minutes away, with South Park reservoirs and streams within easy reach. A rare blend of views, privacy, recreation access, and off-grid potential — this is Colorado mountain land made for summer weekends, camping, horses, and adventure.
