3665 S 325 W, Pleasant Lake, IN 46779

One look at the aerial and you'll INSTANTLY see the appeal of this private rural property that's completely surrounded by a wall of evergreens on 3 sides like a fortress and then nothing but farm ground beyond those evergreens. Honestly, you'll never see a neighbor in this 3 bed 2 bath ranch on a finished basement with over 2,000 square feet finished. It's tucked away on 5 gorgeous acres and boasts 2 BIG outbuildings that have been used to hold boats, cars, trucks, tractors, mowers and various pieces of construction equipment. It's a peaceful, private, expansive and beautiful setting for YOUR rural country homestead and/or business! Seriously inexpensive living with low Steuben Township property taxes, well water so pure you DON'T need a water softener (they've NEVER had one) and Steuben County REMC for electric. It's a truly inexpensive mini-farm/homestead/workplace/you name it! This is an Estate in a Trust, so there are no disclosures. Nothin' fancy here folks, just an unbelievably ROCK SOLID VALUE!
