Hike around the property and enjoy the epic mountain views, pick wild raspberries off the land, and enjoy the company of a majestic moose or two passing through if you’re lucky. Located in the heart of fall elk hunting territory, this location is perfect for a permanent hunting or seasonal camp of your own. About a half hour drive from Black Hawk and Central City, you can enjoy the gaming in town as well as wild game on the property. The location is also great for snowmobiling to in the winter months. The mining shaft is fully closed up, but the mineral and the complete surface rights are included in property sale. This lot is the oldest mining claim listed in the area, so no need to share surface rights with any other claims. This wonderful lot is a great investment in your future, especially since affordable, accessible mountain properties are becoming harder and harder to come by.
