30000 Fort Bragg-Sherwood Rd, Fort Bragg, CA 95437

Tucked away and full of privacy, this mid-century modern home sits on flat, open meadow with a spring-fed pond. The single-level layout offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra room. A large shop offers room for projects, storage, or hobbies. This is a fixer-upper a beautiful home to restore back to its roots, or for a buyer to bring their own touch. Great location out of town, just 10 minutes away, on a paved road with a paved driveway. The previous owner was a dedicated botanical hobbyist: over 26 varieties of rhododendrons, along with multiple other species of plants, are planted throughout the property. Water comes from a 28-foot well, with septic on-site.
