6 Beach Village, Vieques, PR 00765

Cresta Azul, a 0.4 acre parcel, sits within a gated community built on the grounds of the former W Hotel Villas, where the sound of the waves is a constant and the ocean sets the tone. The lot is elevated above sea level yet level…a perfect combination that removes the guesswork from construction and opens the site to unobstructed ocean views. Direct, private beach access sits just beyond the property line with a natural gently sloped path. Water and electric connections are available nearby, and the lawn is maintained by the HOA. Summer evenings bring the kind of sunset that defines this coastline, with mainland Puerto Rico visible across the water. Construction follows the community's HOA architectural guidelines, ensuring the neighborhood's character... and your investment... hold their value. A montly HOA fee of $205 applies.
