This home holds lots of potential for its new owners! Sitting just outside the city limits on the edge of town on .35 acre m/l lot, it is ready for you to make it our own. While the home currently has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a fully remodeled kitchen and large living area, it also has the potential of an additional bedroom in the unfinished attic that already has a staircase leading up to it. There are items that need finished throughout the home and work to be done, such as a new roof, some interior doors, etc, but if you are looking for something to build equity in and add your touches to, then this could just be the perfect fit!
