2424 Petito Dr, Fort Garland, CO 81133

Priced to move! Fixer-upper in the sought after Forbes Park subdivision. This round cabin overlooks the sprawling common space that runs through the subdivision and offers peaceful seclusion to enjoy the beautiful southern Colorado sunsets! Deer, elk, bear, coyote, mountain lions and bobcats all call this area home and can frequently been seen roaming the meadows and forests surrounding this home. Electricity is at the lot line but has not been brought onto the property. There is an existing well and septic. The cabin itself needs a thorough cleaning, possibly a new roof, a new deck and new carpet/flooring, but for this price you will be able to afford the renovations! Come see this one for yourself today as it won't last long!
