Ready to stop paying rent? This is a reasonably priced 2 bedroom 1 bath home with nice back yard. They have done a lot of remodeling: bedrooms, closets, some new windows, closet doors, insulation, small roof last year, larger roof a few years ago, new hot water tank within the last two years. This house has a large room that you gain access to from the outside that with a little TLC would be a great retreat or party room. Very affordable! They will be converting the propane furnace into gas. They also currently have a pellet stove but it needs a new mother board. They can leave it if the buyer wants to pay to have it repaired. The Canvas car port can stay or go depending on the needs of the buyer.
