Two Brand New Luxury Cabins on 42 Acres Two brand new luxury cabins on 42 rolling acres in Hocking Hills, just completed and coming online for rental right now. This is a rare chance to step into a turnkey short term rental investment with the newest product on the market and real room to grow. The three bedroom and the two bedroom share the same open, modern floor plan: soaring ceilings, walls of glass, and wide open living spaces designed for groups. The only difference is the lower level, where the larger cabin picks up an additional bedroom. Both were finished to the same standard throughout, with everything brand new from the foundation up. Near the front of the property sits a brand new detached garage, finished to the same high standard as the cabins. Inside is a one bedroom apartment already framed in and ready to be completed as a third rentable unit, owner's quarters, or on site staff housing. The land is the other half of the story. 42 acres of beautiful rolling hills, privacy in every direction, and plenty of usable ground for additional builds. All improvements carry full state approval, so the groundwork for expansion is already done. Whether you want a cash flowing asset with zero deferred maintenance or the foundation for your own boutique resort, this property delivers both: income from day one and the runway to scale.
