28-29 James Way, Saranac Lake, NY 12983

The building was built by the owner and his brother, who are excellent German building contractors. The property has not been used for 20-25 years, so owners have decided to sell due to their age. This is a private, wooded property with beautiful frontage on a navigable wide stream which connects with the Saranac River 1/3 mile downstream. Consideration was given to age of building, lack of use or attention for many years and need for well and septic system when establishing the price. This is a very nice property in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, with mix of permanent and seasonal homeowners. First floor is open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas. This is just a camp.
