720 Mash Rd, West Jefferson, NC 28694

Mountain cottage with South Fork Of The New River frontage! Located less than 10 minutes from downtown West Jefferson and Jefferson and the Blueridge Parkway. Sit on the wrap around front porch and you can see way up the river and way down the river. Launch your canoe from your own property. Older home with improved windows, siding and additional improvements. Spacious but cozy! Cute country kitchen. Attached single car garage. The home can be a vacation home, year around residence, long or short time rental. Very easy access from Mash Road or Hartzog Ford Road. The 2.2 acres contains 250 ft of river frontage, the land the home sits on and an approximately 1 acre partial across Mash Road with a workshop / garage building. Home is being sold "as is" with need of some repair and improvements. Might possibly be the closest home on the market to downtown West Jefferson with South Fork New River Frontage! The land by itself is worth a lot and provides expansion opportunities.
