It doesn't get much better than this: a cottage only ONE house to the beach with a rooftop deck to so you can watch the waves! Fantastic location and a comfortable place to hang out in the summer -- with a better view of the ocean than the ocean front homes. Inside there are three comfortable bedrooms (one fits a king-sized bed), an eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, central air, dishwasher and ceramic tile floors. There is 640 sqft of entertaining/storage space beneath with room to relax and to keep water toys. Incredible rental history: top weeks get $5400 and the full season brings in $60,000. Home is on leased land which is a tax write-off when home is rented seasonally.
