Edgewater Park Estates is Old Edwards Reserve's newest and most exclusive waterfront enclave, featuring some of the community's finest lakefront residences. This intimate collection of just seven premier homesites represents the only undeveloped waterfront opportunities currently available within The Reserve. With Lots 21, 22, and 24 already sold and under construction, Edgewater Park Estates is quickly emerging as one of Lake Keowee's most sought-after waterfront addresses. The property's size and layout also offer ample opportunity to incorporate an exclusively designed and constructed gunite PebbleTec Keowee Pool and spa, creating an exceptional outdoor living experience for entertaining family and friends. The remaining homesites offer the opportunity to create a custom lakefront residence with the renowned team at The Stillwater Group.
