0 Murphy Branch Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714

Welcome to Murphy Branch, home to folks who want a little place in the woods! (or a big place, if you choose, no restrictions!) This 3.19 acre lot is nearly at the end of the private road and its Southern border is the Murphy Branch Creek with a delightful mini-waterfall. The rhododendron are abundant, but with some light clearing, a home of any type would lend itself nicely to the gentle slope of the land. Nearby Celo community is full of artists and activities, including the bi-annual TRAC Gallery open house studio tour for the tri-county arts scene. Mt Mitchell and other day hikes are a short drive away. Abundant rainbow trout fishing in the South Toe River just down the road!
