2356 Beaver Dam Rd, Cassatt, SC 29032

This is a 'unique' opportunity. The seller bought the property several years ago w/ a mobile home (in bad shape) already on property. It's an 8+ acre lot w/ a pathway that leads to a beautiful brook in the woods. Several months ago, he purchased a 24x90metal building w/ grading & cement foundation, installed on this property. His plan was to make it into living quarters w/ 4 bays for vehicles/workshop. Now, due to health issues, he has to abandon his dream of making it into a private, beautiful get-a-way. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, call me or your agent for a 'viewing'. It's truly a beautiful place but needs TLC!
