315 Cypress Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950

Awaken to views of the Bay in this charming home, filled with sunlight. This historic 2 bedroom 1 bath home originally was the gatehouse between Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach. In approximately 1929 it was transported on a sled, drawn by 16 horses, to its current location at 315 Cypress Avenue. A few years later it was expanded and its exterior walls were covered in beautiful Carmel Stone. From the stone fireplace and professionally refinished hardwood floors, to its authentic Del Monte forest architecture, this home delivers a unique, comforting feel. Shaded by a magnificent Monterey Cypress tree, it sits on wide, quiet Cypress Avenue with neighboring homes that share its distinctive Pacific Grove character. A short distance from Lighthouse Avenue with its great shops and restaurants, and on to Lovers Point Beach.
