A unique home in a sought after community! This lovely home on a wooded lot is deceptively spacious and the floor plan is easily adapted to any lifestyle and decor. An impressive arched window welcomes you into the home and turns into an open living/dining room that shows off the hardwood flooring throughout the public rooms on this level. The kitchen at the back of the house boasts beautiful window looking over the natural back yard and deck. A bar counter divides it from the eat-in area, which includes a service sink area. The main floor family room is open and airy, with a vaulted ceiling and the first of two brick fireplaces (both gas). Tucked behind it is a little haven, completely surrounded with windows and the perfect spot for reading or scrolling during any season. The expansive primary bedroom has an ensuite with remodeled shower and two closets, one on the wall and the other a walk-in. The lower level has surprisingly high ceilings and beautiful natural wood paneling in the second family room, where you will also find the second gas fireplace and built-in bookshelves. Two additional bedroom and a full bath are also on this level. The bonus room has a substantial storage closet with a utility sink and access to the mechanical systems, and walks out to the lower level deck. Extensive storage in garage with built-in cabinets.
