3200 Poppy Rd, Ash Fork, AZ 86320

This is a 40-acre parcel located in Ash Fork, just off Bullock. Access is convenient, and both Bullock and Poppy Road are maintained. The property is mostly level, offering a great amount of usable land, and then it opens into a beautiful canyon including a seasonal stream that covers approximately 1/4 of the parcel or less giving you amazing views of the west. There are multiple level building sites throughout the property. It is a heavily treed lot, but not so heavily treed that you can't see the forest through the trees and there are several open areas for you to enjoy the natural setting. The property is extremely scenic, with amazing views from several different locations, and it feels like one of the nicer parcels available in the area, in my opinion, it is one of the best I have seen out here. Overall, this is a private and secluded lot, not too far off Bullock, and the roads are also some of the best out here!
