20641 Trowbridge Road, New Plymouth, OH 45654

Tucked away at the end of the road on 18 wooded acres, the Boondocks Bungalow is the kind of place where the loudest thing you'll hear is the bullfrogs singing on the pond. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage sleeps 10 comfortably, making it perfect for family getaways, friend reunions, or a quiet couples' retreat with room to spread out. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space warmed by handmade reclaimed-wood accents, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy spots to gather after a day of exploring. High-speed internet means you can stream a movie or sneak in a little remote work -- but we won't blame you if you never open the laptop. The real magic is outside. Soak in the hot tub under the trees, cast a line off the dock into the half-acre stocked pond, or wander the private forest trails where owls, foxes, and whitetail deer make regular appearances. When evening rolls in, gather around the open-air fire pit in the meadow for s'mores and some of the best stargazing in Hocking Hills. A covered porch with a swing, back deck, and stone patio give you plenty of places to slow down with a morning coffee. Just a short drive from Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, and everything the Hocking Hills has to offer -- but far enough out that it feels like it's all yours.
