906 Huntington Ln, Fort Garland, CO 81133

This wonderfully updated cabin was built in 1996 and survived the 2018 Spring Fire with no significant damage due to the owners great land stewardship and fire-safe precautions. This is a very attractive property that is fully furnished and move in ready, with septic and well, power and wired internet! Year round access on privately maintained roads. The parcels to the E and W of the cabin are included for a total of 3 lots (3.523 acres), giving you lots of room to roam. If you want even more room the two lots directly across the street are for sale as well, which could guarantee no one builds in your immediate view! There has been a lot of clearing of downed/burnt trees on the property and anti-erosion work done behind the cabin. Come see this one for yourself today and make your dream of southern Colorado living come true!
