100 E 15th St, Littlefield, TX 79339

A classic Mid-Century Modern Home with over 2150 sq ft in Littlefield, TX. The layout of this home is fabulous and generous. There is not much wasted space. New interior paint throughout the home. The updates to the primary suite are so good! There are now French Doors which lead into the sitting area with wood-burning fireplace and the room still easily holds a king-size bedroom set. The primary bathroom has updated counters and shower with an office adjacent. This could also be a great workout room if you do not need an office. The kitchen has fresh painted cabinets and an island and the best breakfast bar I have seen in a long time. It is very cool! There is a pantry and with antiques she has created a coffee bar and the armoire on the other side also serves as another place to hold food... the cabinets below the bar hold so much, but just at a lower height. The living room is adjacent and has newer windows and a beautiful sliding patio door to allow for natural light to shine into the home. The guest bedrooms are generous and the bathroom with tub/shower between is part of the layout to love. The backyard is just as fun as it looks. A great place to hangout with just your family or add some friends. There is something to do for everyone.
