tbd Cedar Ln, Brevard, NC 28712

Here is your chance to create your dream home on 6.84 unrestricted acres in the serene Cedar Mountain community. Gravel road frontage is mostly level and straight and maintained by the state. An old gravel road bed with a gentle slope, culvert and ditches will take you to a potential build site to the right on a level knoll. With some grading work for a short driveway and some clearing, you will have an ideal site. The old road is located near my sign, marked with a yellow flag and goes straight back. The build site has a gentle slope and the winter views of the mountains give you an idea of the view potential. A recent survey was completed that mostly indicates the boundaries. Just minutes to Dupont State Forest and Caesar's Head, the location could not be better. Cedar Mountain has become a thriving community of shops, restaurants and even a yoga studio! Don't miss out on this opportunity to build your custom home in a beautiful part of our country.
