119 Farway Dr, Gunnison, CO 81230

Wide open spaces! If you're looking for an amazing homesite that has acreage but is close to town, this is it! Welcome to 119 Farway Drive! This 7.39 acre lot is located just 4 miles north of Gunnison or a short 8 minute drive and has panoramic views of the valley and mountains to the west. There is no HOA or covenants in this neighborhood so you have a lot of flexibility in what you design and build--which is so hard to find these days! The property is just around the corner from Cranor Ski Area and a short 30 minutes to Crested Butte Mountain Resort. This really is a great opportunity for acreage that isn't super remote and hard to get to!
