338-xx W Cloud Rd, Wickenburg, AZ 85390

Whispering Ranch is the place to be! This full 5 acre parcel borders state land, so your only neighbor to the North is a mountain range! Parcels in the northwest corner of this subdivision don't come on the market often and usually sell quickly. The West side of the subdivision is located in unincorporated Wickenburg. No floodplain & easy access to Vulture Mine Rd. Off grid living is currently the way to go with solar, generators and hauled water being the norm. A well might be easy with the McMullen Basin aquifer that runs under Whispering Ranch. The area has so much potential with the master planned community of Teravalis already selling their first batch of homes just south of Whispering Ranch. And of course the Town of Wickenburg to the north. Come see it!
