773 A St, Gearhart, OR 97138

Built in 1916 and has been thoughtfully remodeled along the way in a fashion that preserves it's vintage charm, this Gearhart home radiates much character. Cottage windows throughout frame the peaceful garden views and flood the home with warmth. Rich wood floors lead to a welcoming great-room anchored by a beautiful gas fireplace. The kitchen blends classic and practical: butcher-block countertops, partial open-shelving, a farm sink, and a newer gas range, plus a quaint walk-in pantry. A main floor bedroom adds flexibility for guests or an office. Upstairs is a double primary suite with a large cottage window overlooking the garden; the space can easily be walled off to create two separate bedrooms if desired. The primary bath with spa-like decor offers radiant heated floors and towel warmers. Extending your space outdoors, the back door with floor to ceiling windows open to a deck and anEnglish-garden with greenhouse. The front yard offers a fabulous outdoor gas fireplace sitting area.
