3700 S Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32952

Here's the direct River front property you've been looking for! The house pad was previously prepped for your new home. There is an expired permit from the FDEP & USACE that would authorize a 250ft boardwalk through the wetlands and a 110ft pier into the Banana River. Hopefully this could expedite the process of getting it permitted again. Come check out the beautiful serene setting this piece of property has to offer.
