200 Beach Loop Rd, Bandon, OR 97411

Beach Loop Rd corner lot to build your dream beach house. Two blocks on level sandy roadway to beach access at Mars lane. Out of the strong headland winds but definitely in the beach neighborhood of Sunset City. Buyer to check with City of Bandon and Coos county as to building restrictions and utility expense and use. Must see to appreciate. Must see just for fun! Take a peak at the ocean beach from Mars lane access and bring your binoculars, you can see China!
