Great Opportunity! This property features a spacious 70x62 barn and a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house situated on 1.33 +/- acres. Both buildings have undergone numerous upgrades. The house includes a newer HVAC system, several replaced windows, and the septic system was pumped last summer. The barn boasts whole-barn spray insulation, a new exhaust fan, insulated roll-up doors, and 220V electrical service for auto lifts. Additionally, an office area with fitting rooms and a new half bathroom has been constructed on the left side of the barn. Recent barn improvements include added gutters, new fascia boards, and drainage lines. A French drain was installed to divert water from the road to the creek. This setup is ideal for someone looking to live on-site while keeping storage items accessible. The barn, thought to be built in 1960, has water and power hook ups for an RV. It also has potential for rental opportunities. The house is currently rented. Please provide 24 HOUR NOTICE TO SHOW.
