1247 Lakemont Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15243

This spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath brick ranch is located in the beautiful Cedarhurst Manor neighborhood and offers tremendous potential and is ready for your updates and personal touches. Let's address the obvious - the home experienced a roof leak, and the Seller replaced the entire roof in 2023 but did not repair the resulting ceiling and wall damage. The damage was confined to rooms on the first floor only and not the basement area. The main level features a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, three bedrooms, and a full bath. A glass-enclosed sunroom overlooks the private, manicured backyard. The finished lower level includes a spacious family room with a second fireplace and a half bath, providing additional living space. Home is being sold in its current AS IS condition.
