55 South Lighthouse Drive, Mears, MI 49436

Location! Location! Location! Walk out your door to a fabulous association beach. There are 3 components that add value to Lake properties and this one has all 3 - you can hear the lake, you can see the lake, and most importantly, the accessibility. NO stairs required to use the water. NO rocks to climb over, just beautiful sand gently sloping to the clean clear water. If you have been searching for a Lake Michigan vacation cottage, you know the value easy access to the water affords. The property consists of 2 lots with the possibility of building on the vacant lot if you need/want a larger vacation home or permanent residence or have an extended family and need 2 cottages. The remote location is on a cul-de-sac that is maintained in the Winter by the county road commission. This is a unique opportunity that you should not pass up.
