0 North Maplewood Drive, Gwinn, MI 49841

Builders, developers and entrepreneurs this great property in one of Gwinn's favorite neighborhoods is in the process of being developed into beautiful home building sites. A drawing of proposed lot lines is done, but if you wanted to choose some larger building sites it is not too late. With a housing shortage in the area, homes selling quickly and good building sites hard to find the timing is right for a nice new community full of modern, well built homes. Nicely wooded with Maple, Oak, Pine, White Birch and other native species on a quiet and peaceful subdivision only about 30 minutes from Marquette, 10 minutes from Sawyer and the International Airport and a quick drive to the mines. Plans were drawn for 20-25 individual lots on the approximately 32 acre portion of this development. The plat book says the parcel is 36 acres, but that is incorrect. It is likely a survey will be needed to determine exact acreage.
