2818 Wingate St, Fort Worth, TX 76107

This lot is ready for development in the popular Linwood Urban Village area just west of downtown Fort Worth. Zoning will allow for townhomes with multiple units. Plans for a 13 Townhome Condominium complex were originally approved by the city. Plans can be renewed with the city and the original AIA award-winning Architect, Bang Dang, is willing to stay on board and assist. He is also willing to modify the original plans to suit the buyer's needs if needed. This is a fantastic location and opportunity! Walking distance to downtown central business district, Museum district, Ft Worth School of Medicine, Montgomery Plaza, Dickie's Arena, Trinity River Trails, top restaurants and nightlife along 7th Street, Camp Bowie Blvd and University Drive.
