219 Gilbert Ave, Glendale, OR 97442

This charming 1926 Craftsman is full of the kind of character you can't recreate--high ceilings, beveled windows, vintage Depression-glass lighting, original hardwood floors and a beautiful fireplace mantel. The remodeled kitchen offers a gas range, stainless farmhouse sink, plenty of storage and a large granite-topped island. You'll also find two updated bathrooms, including one with a claw-foot tub and another with a huge tiled shower. The flexible layout includes two bedrooms, an upstairs family room that was originally two additional bedrooms, and a bonus room with laundry. Outside? A huge deck, fenced vegetable garden, play structure, garage, abundant parking and room for an RV. Add the enclosed front porch and all-weather metal roof, and you've got a home with history, personality and so much possibility. The charm is already here. It's just waiting for the right person to call it home. And seller may contribute $10,000 towards buyer's closing costs!
