1265 Valley Rd, Marysville, PA 17053

This is a property that needs work. The roof has been replaced April of 2026 to prevent more damage to the inside of the home. Great location and Stone home which is a great start. This was the home of the sellers parents/grandparents so has been in the family for many years. The electric is turned on but please use caution when looking at the upstairs bath and the kitchen as that is where the roof leak did the damage so the floor is spongy in those areas. The septic is a cesspool with a drain line and the aprox. drawing is in the documents. There is no central heat and the pellet and wood stoves have not been used recently. Seller is selling this property as is. It is a shared lane and maintenance is shared by the homeowners.
