229 Robinson Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550

Adorable little house with a beautiful garden! This sweet blue cottage in Newburgh has two bedrooms, one bath, and a surprisingly wonderful outdoor space. The well-maintained gardens wrap around the house, with mature trees, flowering shrubs, garden beds, and a fenced backyard with a hot tub. A lovely little retreat with plenty of room to garden, relax, and enjoy the outdoors! Inside, the house has a bright living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath. Much of the renovation work has already been completed, including newer windows, insulation and sheetrock, updated electrical service, and a minisplit for heating and cooling. The roof is less than ten years old, and leased solar panels help with electricity costs. Some interior finishing work remains, including flooring and other details, giving the next owner the opportunity to make the space their own. A charming little home with a great garden, lots of improvements already made, and plenty of potential!
