17936 Bentley Road, Thompsonville, MI 49683

Get away from it all on 40 acres of rolling Northern Michigan terrain, bordered by thousands of acres of State land and located just seven miles from Crystal Mountain. This is the kind of recreational and hunting property that is getting harder to find, with plenty of wildlife, good cover and room to explore, hunt, ride ATVs or snowmobiles, and simply enjoy the outdoors. A rustic off-the-grid hunting cabin gives you a great start for deer camp or weekend getaways and features propane lighting. The property also has a hand-pump well and outhouse, with Benzie Leelanau District Health Department inspection pending. The location puts you close to the Little Betsie and Betsie Rivers for fishing and floating, along with the Betsie Valley Trail, which stretches through Benzie County from Thompsonville toward Beulah and Frankfort. Whether you are looking for hunting land, a recreational retreat or your own private piece of Northern Michigan, this property offers 40 acres and direct access to a huge amount of additional public land right outside your door.
