Exceptional opportunity to secure 7 building lots in Parker Place Estates in desirable Western Lincoln County! Offered together as one package, these mostly flat lots each consist of 1+ acres, providing a peaceful, serene setting with convenient access to Lincolnton, Cherryville, and Shelby. Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and bring your vision to this inviting country setting. Lot 9 already has an installed well. An excellent opportunity for a builder seeking multiple homesites within an established subdivision. Restrictive covenants are in place with a minimum home size of 1,500 square feet, but no HOA. GIS depicts an old utility easement; per seller, that easement is no longer in effect, as Duke Energy rerouted its lines along Flay Road and Bess Chapel Church Road. All 7 lots must be purchased together.
