Ocean views and a fifth-floor setting define this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Mana Kai Maui, directly on Keawakapu Beach. The flexible lock-off layout allows the second bedroom and bathroom to be rented separately while you occupy the main portion of the condo, providing options for personal use, visiting guests, and rental income. The main living area includes a full kitchen and opens to a private lanai with space for outdoor dining, morning coffee, and taking in the coastline. A California king bed anchors the main sleeping area, with sliding room dividers allowing it to be separated from the living space. The second bedroom features a king bed and its own kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, while a hallway door adds separation between the two accommodations. This arrangement allows the condo to function as a complete two-bedroom residence or as separate spaces to suit your plans. Property amenities include a swimming pool, oceanfront barbecue areas, and laundry facilities on each floor. The downstairs restaurant space is slated to become The Beach House, a new restaurant by Peter Merriman and Handcrafted Restaurants, with an anticipated opening before the end of 2026.
