9485 Zayante Dr, Felton, CA 95018

Stunning 3 acre lot in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Lots of previous work and efforts have been put into this property and now it's just waiting for the next owner to build it into their dream home. A well engineered driveway leads past a forgotten gem of a zinfandel vineyard, up to the existing garage and building pad with gorgeous mountain views. Septic tank was installed but not put into operation. Public water already on site. Power pole is already on the property. Just a short drive to Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz and the Silicon Valley, this lovely property provides peace and tranquility while still remaining close to all the bay area amenities. Don't miss the chance to build this lot into the home of your dreams.
