Tbd West Kenneth Price Road, Springdale, AR 72762

Beautiful 8+ acres just 2 miles west of Elm Springs, But you are out in the rural countryside! Only four miles from schools and grocery stores, etc. There are deer and Red Fox around the property. There are currently three vacant chicken houses with Electricity thar are being used for hay & equipment storage. They can also easily be used for livestock shelter. On the back side of the chicken houses, there is an amazing gently sloping pasture area of approximately 3 acres, which would be a great place to build your home. And, it's not visable from the road! (to get to the land there is a short easement road off Kenneth Price Rd. This deeded easement is 30 feet wide). This is a rare opportunity to purchase 8 acres of wonderfully located land.
